Cheese Corn Balls

I have never posted recipes here. This is not a food blog but this Blogathon is making me update my blog with such posts! Today I wanted to try something new. Something nice and different for dinner.

And so I was browsing Facebook. I’m a member of one awesome group where awesome ladies post all about their awesome recipes. As soon as I saw one about cheese corn balls, I wanted to try it.

So here you go.

Major ingredients were mashed boiled potatoes, boiled corn, boiled green peas, chopped capsicum, chopped coriander leaves and mozzarella cheese. And some red chilli flakes, pepper, salt and Italian seasoning.

Prepare a batter with all purpose flour, salt and water.

Make lemon-sized balls of the above mixture, dip in the batter, dust with bread crumbs and deep fry.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup and have an awesome evening!
